**Responsibilities**:
- Hands-on daily HR and admin operational matters
- Manage end to end onboarding and offboarding & recruitment processes
- Manage work pass processes
- Responsible for general employee queries such as leave, processes, etc
- Responsible for HR administration including staff records, files and documentation
- Office purchases such as office and pantry supplies
- Handle reimbursements and claims
- Data entry support
- Assist in payroll computation
- Support in filling system and documentation
- Provide general administrative support & other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager
**Job Requirement**:
- Minimum Diploma in related discipline or professional equivalent
- Must take initiative to complete the task assigned
- Proficient in Ms Office (Ms Words, Excel) is compulsory
- Organized and meticulous with initiative and good working attitude
- Graduated in related field or at least some working experiences
**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,800.00 per month

- GCE 'A' Level or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
