Designed with flexibility in mind, the ENX Sustainability AI can function as a cloud-based Building Management System (BMS) for new constructions or as an Energy Management System (EMS) for retrofitting existing offices and warehouses. Our clients have achieved energy savings of up to 40% while improving operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Pre-Sales & Closing**:Connect with potential clients (property owners and facility management teams) to assess their technical needs, sustainability targets, and budget constraints. Identify decision-makers, and align proposed solutions with their priorities. Refine project scopes and tailor proposals with the Design Engineering team. Present solutions by emphasizing technical advantages, sustainability benefits, and how they align with client goals. Lead negotiations on technical and commercial terms to secure contracts. Finalize deals and transition projects to the Field Engineering team for execution. Maintain accurate records of pre-sales activities, negotiations, and closures using CRM tools.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:Cultivate long-term partnerships with property owners and facility management teams. Identify upselling opportunities and generate leads for future projects. Secure contract renewals for existing clients using SaaS solutions.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in outside sales, preferably within building services or enterprise software sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for technology. Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
- Willing to travel to client sites across Singapore and Johor, Malaysia. Possession of a valid driving license and own transport is preferred.
- 5-day work week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
