- Delivery: uphold the delivery of services and comply with processes according to company policy, legislation, and best practices

**Responsibilities**

Clients:

- Gather market intelligence and develop a keen understanding of target and existing clients on information relating to hiring
- Keep the portfolio team updated on market information to support the provision of our global Search services and business strategy formulation
- Provide support for business development activities
- Provide support for the entire lifecycle of the Search project (e.g. prepare marketing collateral; attend client meetings; qualify job leads; produce project documentation; handle interview logistics; gather feedback)
- Provide support for global research projects
