**What is the role of an Associate Director at Faststream?**

Heading up both of our established teams in Technical & Commercial Shipping and Marine & Logistics, you’ll be partnering with ship owners, ship agencies, ship managers, broking houses, trading and commodities and commercial management companies, providing high-end, permanent recruitment solutions across the Asia Pacific region.

You will be managing, developing and growing your team, building relationships with business owners, winning new business and working directly with our boards of directors on the strategic vision & direction of both these business areas.

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for a successful Team Manager or Recruitment Manager who is ready to step up. You will have a proven track record in leading from the front in recruitment, managing and growing teams, winning new business and delivering quality recruitment services. You do not need to have a background in Maritime, we have 20 + years of experience in this sector so can teach you what you need to know. But you will need to have the confidence, tenacity and resilience to learn about your market and hit the ground running on business development. The package is extensive and includes;
- Competitive base salary between 10,000 SGD & 12,000 SGD (depending on experience)
