A new nano tehchnology in the coating industry has emerged and we have the available position: Senior Sales Executives (Coatings)
We are a newly set up hub in Singapore (HQ in the USA) we are searching for experience sales executive with a strong technical background and professional in the CASE (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants and Elastomers) markets to join our growing team.

**Opportunity**:To head the sales team
**Responsibilities**:
- Primarily responsible for identifying, developing and managing new/existing business opportunities.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with primary accounts, key stakeholders and critical decision makers.
- Communicate effectively and provide technical support to customer whenever needed
- Maintain a deep understanding of customers’ operations and determine technical needs.
- Able to conduct Product Presentations to customers
- Ensure the timely and successful delivering of our solutions to the customer.
- Document and track the progress of all accounts, opportunities, lab projects and samples
- Negotiate pricing agreements and contracts in accordance with internal guidelines.
- Respond quickly to customer requests and maintain a professional demeanor when handling all matters.
- Forecast and track key business metrics to develop individual business plan.
- Assist and collaborate with other sales team members on opportunities related to your specific technical experience and knowledge.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma in Building, Architecture, Sales & Marketing or Engineering preferred
- 5+ years in the Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants and Elastomers markets.
- 5+ years of good laboratory knowledge or manufacturing experience in the paints and coatings industry is preferred. Especially in flooring related / building construction.
- Must be self-driven and can achieve goals while operating independently with little to no micro management.
- A proven track record of forecasting and surpassing sales goals.
- Proficient at networking and maintaining effective professional relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as a charismatic personality.
- Must be comfortable working as a team toward mutual business unit goals.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented team-player who is able to work under pressure
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Possess own vehicle
