Our in-house developed Genesis Engine can procedurally generate intricate, unique, 3D planets directly in your browser. The Genesis Engine plays with all the little details that can differ between planets and uses that to create planets in full 3D that are completely distinct from one another, yet completely follow natural laws.

With a 170k strong discord community, backed by reputable investors and lead by a team with incredible experience (such as Jon McCoy of Star Wars and Marvel cinematic fame), we are locked and loaded to push blockchain gaming to the next frontier.

**What you will do**
- Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.
- Develop a strategy for partner acquisition and identify new partnership opportunities
- Develop a business case and governance model with partnerships
- Negotiate, finalize and thereafter supervise deals with partners that benefit the company
- Plan and manage contracts, messaging, product integration, technology sourcing, and go to market plans with partner
- Sustain, manage and cultivate a relationship with partners to foster deeper relationships and explore new opportunities
- Strategize newer ways to grow current partnerships
- Work in liaison with the sales and marketing team to understand current market trends and build relationships accordingly.
- Work with other teams internal to the organization to ensure that team goals are synchronized with organizational goals.
**What we need you to have**
- Minimum 3 Years of relevant work experience in partnerships roles
- Ability to work on Central European Times (CET/GMT +1) or within 2 hours earlier/later than it
- Familiarity with brand, media and influencer (KOL) partners in the blockchain gaming/play-to-earn arena
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated thought-leadership, relationship building, and management skills, with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong planning, project, and organizational skills
- Proven track record of leading and managing partnerships
- Team player and multitasker with exceptional organizational skills.
- Thorough knowledge of the blockchain and play-to-earn industry
- Sales and Marketing know-how.
