**What the role is**
- You manage and facilitate all new and upgrading infrastructure projects for MINDEF/SAF.

**What you will be working on**
- On this, you facilitate and maintain close supervision over the ground activities, which includes de-conflicting construction plans and base activities to avoid disruption to base operations, throughout the projects’ different stages. You translate business and operational requirements into technical information which can be understood by engineers and contractors to execute correctly on the ground. You also enforce governance and accounting through planning and leading audits on land and real estates. Your challenge lies in managing multiple large scale constructions projects concurrently, avoid/minimize impact or disruption to the bases’ operational readiness, as well as managing collaborative relationships with different stakeholders.
