Job Description: Sales Coordinator

Role Overview:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the sales process. You will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing customer inquiries, and providing administrative support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support: Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including preparing sales quotations, processing sales orders, and managing customer inquiries.

2. Order Management: Coordinate order processing, ensuring accurate and timely order entry, tracking, and delivery to customers.

3. Customer Service: Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

4. Sales Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and other sales-related documentation.

5. Sales Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth communication and coordination of sales activities.

6. Sales Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales information in the CRM system.

7. Sales Analysis: Assist in sales analysis by tracking sales performance, analyzing market trends, and preparing sales reports for management.

8. Sales Meeting Coordination: Organize and schedule sales meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

9. Sales Team Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including travel arrangements, expense tracking, and meeting coordination.

10. Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to support sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in sales documentation and data entry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Knowledge of sales principles and techniques is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: $2,100.00 - $2,700.00 per month
