We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Relations Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. As a assistant, you will provide administrative support to assist in managing client relationships and ensure smooth communication between clients and the sales team.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in client relations and sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organise and update client files and sales records.
- Assist in onboarding new clients by preparing necessary materials, setting up meetings and ensuring clients have all the information they need to get started.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with products or services.
- Help prepare reports for the sales team or management regarding sales performance, lead progress and client feedback.
- Schedule meetings, prepare meeting agendas and take notes during client meetings as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Local Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent.
- No experience and fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
