Business Marketing Assistant

The **Business** **Marketing Assistant** plays a crucial role in supporting the Marketing Manager to implement all marketing strategies and help drive initiatives with the Business Development Team. This is a diverse role working in a fast-paced team environment across all marketing, communications, and events.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content and responding to inquiries to enhance online presence.
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new online marketing opportunities.
- Liaise with clientele to understand their needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve services.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, revenue growth, and customer retention metrics.
- Collaborate closely with business development and marketing team to optimise lead generation strategies and achieve targets.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in any field.
- Fresh Graduates welcome to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
