Banking Practice Lead

**The Role**:
As the Banking Industry Leader, you will serve as a critical point of contact for our customers and prospects, collaborating closely with various departments, including Sales, Account Management, Consulting, and Support.
This senior position will require you to leverage your relationships to support our sales efforts by sharing our point of view and approach, ultimately helping to expand our presence in the Banking Industry throughout Asia.
You will report directly to the Managing Partner for JAI and work with teams across the region to differentiate, grow our footprint, and enhance our brand in the banking sector.
**Responsibilities**:
Your key responsibilities will include presenting our point of view and intellectual property to help distinguish and solidify our position in the Banking Industry.
You will deliver solution presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and proof of concept to customers and prospects, positioning our value proposition and architecture to both business and IT audiences at the CXO level.
You will collaborate with account managers and sales teams to actively lead the sales process for customer engagements, establish technical credibility, and build relationships with key stakeholders in selected accounts.
Additionally, you will partner with teams at existing and potential customers to gain a deep understanding of their business and technical needs and work with account teams, sales, analytics, and consulting service teams to drive customer adoption and revenue attainment.
**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in the banking sector, with a proven track record of solving complex problems in enterprise-scale organizations.
You should have experience working across multiple markets in Asia, with a thorough understanding of the variations in JAI markets.
You should be knowledgeable about the current banking landscape, challenges, opportunities, and upcoming disruptors, and have experience managing both existing and prospective customers both onsite and remotely.
Additional qualifications that will help you thrive in this role include deep banking knowledge, a consultative approach, and expertise in core banking platforms such as Fenergo and Murex.
You should have a deep understanding of the Japan and ASEAN markets, as well as experience working with large enterprise accounts at senior business and IT levels.
Qualifications in data governance, data management, big data, security, software engineering, UI-UX, analytics, AI-ML, and cloud-based analytics platforms such as Azure and AWS will be advantageous.
