**Hello from Mitrade **We are a regulated FinTech company offering OTC derivatives online trading in many financial markets. We are actively looking for talents to join our Singapore team (HQ).

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new potential local/global Payment Partners, Banks and Payment Channels, knowing the business needs to negotiate terms and successfully onboard channels
- Manage the business relationship with our Payment Service Providers and Banks
- Strong ownership in managing payment partnerships, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders including Operations, Product and Compliance teams, to successfully onboard, launch and integrate new payment providers, provide assistance to test and improve the process efficiency for the user's payment experience
- Drive operational excellence, while maintaining sufficient controls and assessing and mitigating operational risks
- Solve payment-related problems with payment partners and internal teams,build solid ownership of operational processes
- Propose and involve with payment acceptance improvement process
- Subject Matter Expert of Mitrade’s payment infrastructure

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in finance or other relevant disciplines
- 3-5 years of proven success in a similar role in leading business development or hands-on payment operations at payments processors, card acquirers, trading platforms, or crypto exchanges
- Experience in payment operation including payment acceptance rate improvement
- Preferred working experience in online payment industry, preferred to have exposure to alternative payment methods (APMs)liaising payment solution providers within Cryptocurrency, Forex, Gaming
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High level of initiative and passion to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
- Ability to learn and adapt to evolving responsibilities related to keeping pace with shifting market requirements
- Good verbal and written skills in both English and Mandarin, as communication with teams in China is required
