
Senior Executive/assistant Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- To review, enhance, and implement Annual Course Monitoring, Course Evaluation, Evaluation of Teaching Effectiveness, and other prevailing quality standards that may be applicable.
- To develop and implement various academic quality management principles and processes within the National Institute of Early Childhood Development (NIEC).
- To plan and organise key corporate planning events involving the Management team.
- To review, monitor, and provide status updates to the management and Board on the roll-out of the strategic objectives for our key workplans and KPIs).
- To plan, manage, and monitor the department's budget for operations relating to key accounts as well as the progress of NIEC-corporate-wide events and meetings pertaining to strategic planning and corporate governance matters.
- To plan and organise Board meetings and external stakeholders' meetings, ensuring a well-balanced agenda and smooth conduct of meetings.
- To provide secretariat support for NIEC meetings, ensuring effective coordination and documentation.
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least five years of relevant work experience in strategic planning and corporate governance, including corporate strategic review, work planning, performance management and board management.
- Possess good organisation and coordination skills.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous with strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter, resourceful, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with the Early Childhood/Education sector will be advantageous.
