**Key Responsibilities** Job description**

As a Commercial Manager, the individual will be responsible for pricing and contract matters to our airline clients in order to strengthen existing core business. The individual will also support the organisation in increasing revenue and achieving sustainable profit growth, while aligning to organisational goals and targets. Commercial Managers serves as key account managers to build and manage relationships with existing and potential customers. There will be international travel opportunities from time-to-time as part of relationship management.

**Key functions of Commercial Manager (Catering)**
- To pursue, negotiate and secure long-term catering contracts with international airlines - both pursuits and existing renewals
- Increase catering revenue by marketing new innovative and value-added products and services to airline clients; increase wallet share
- Pricing and billing management - Ensure integrity and accuracy in costing/pricing/billing to airline clients
- Contract management - negotiate contract terms, manage service level agreements
- Relationship management - Build and develop rapport with existing/new customers to promote SATS as the preferred caterer to current and potential airline clients; international travel opportunities as part of relationship management with airline customers
- Project management - Lead and manage catering related projects such as new business initiatives and/or events etc.
- Other tasks may be assigned from time to time

**Key Requirements**
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of account management experience in any field
- Aviation/F&B background will be an added advantage
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin speaking
- Out-going persona with good presentation and time management skills
- Self-driven and independent team player
- Effective negotiation skills, networking, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good business/commercial acumen
- Able to perform under fast and dynamic environment within tight timeline
- Savvy with SAP, MS Powerpoint, Publisher, Word and Excel
