**Key Responsibilities**
As a Officer in the Database team, the individual will be responsible for a few key tasks supporting Cost Accountant and Database team.
Key functions
- To perform Mark & Release (M&R) work in SAP, on daily or as and when required basis
- To coordinate and work with RDS and Procurement teams to ensure all costing information are completed before performing mark & release transaction
- When performing weekly M&R, to check if there are any new FG/SFG created without standard price, to resolve error message log
- To perform creation of menu details and flight details in SAP S4.
- To support Database team for coverage duties
- Other projects/tasks may be assigned from time to time
**Key Requirements**
- Minimum “O” levels academics
- Aviation/F&B background will be an added advantage
- Prior experience in SAP systems or cost accounting will be an added advantage
- Out-going persona with good presentation and time management skills
- Self-driven and independent team player, able to work in team-based environment
- Able to perform under fast and dynamic environment within tight timeline
- 5-day work week, office hours
