**The team**
The Customer Experience & Innovation team are responsible for supporting and driving regional business across APAC to meet software sales and services revenue targets directly and via strategic partnerships. GBG are identity data intelligence specialists and develop a variety of software and data intelligence solutions to help companies on-board customers with less friction and risk. The partnership team within Customer Experience and Innovation is building a multi-faceted partner ecosystem to scale growth in the region

**The role**
Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, Alliances & Channels APAC at GBG, the Partner Operations Manager, APAC will be responsible for Partner and Solutions Operational Go-To-Market support.
**What you will do**
You will:
- Support the partner exploration effort through sales administrative activities such as RFP collation
- Work with the Partnership team to support the onboarding of new partners, help create a better onboarding experience
- CRM and partner business tracking
- Liaise with sales operations and direct sales team on partner deal progression
- Work with the Partnership team in both Asia and ANZ to manage assigned operational activities with existing partners, such as billing, contract revisions, navigating through internal systems and processes
- Work collaboratively with internal business functions, including sales, marketing etc to help scale the Partner Solutions business
- Support regional partnership business growth plans, assist with partner growth planning and strategy
- Participate in business and sales reviews with the team
- Collaborate with internal teams on partner enablement
- Organize internal refreshers for partner solutions
