**ASSISTANT MANAGER, MEDIA STRATEGY SEA**:

- Singapore**YOUR MISSION**:
The media strategy manager will be responsible for the strategy, planning and execution paid social / programmatic campaigns for PUMA’s brand marketing campaigns and managing of all media spends across South East Asia.

**Task 1**: End to end strategy, planning and executing of paid campaigns across multiple channels including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Google, as well as integrating with offline channels - OOH, event sponsorship etc.

**Task 2**: Serve as a platform expert and work hand in hand with the brand team and local teams across SEA to make informed recommendations around targeting, platforms, creative formats and budget allocation.**Task 3**: Work with key stakeholders at digital platforms on ways to best leverage and opportunities for scalable digital innovation.

**Task 5**: Ability to think full funnel - strong understanding of both digital and traditional media, how it fits as part of overall integrated marketing strategy and across consumer journey from awareness to engagement & consideration and down to conversions (eg: sales, footfall).

**YOUR TALENT**:
**Education**: College degree/ work experience or specialization in marketing**Professional**:
- 3-4 years’ experience of managing and developing strategy for paid media campaigns for SEA.
- Experience with upper funnel campaign tactics & success evaluation.
- Proficiency and Hands on working knowledge in Google Analytics an marketing platforms, Meta, Tik Tok & Youtube’s ad management platforms.
- Well-versed in paid social best practices, including channel specific creative formats and latest strategies resonating with consumers.
- Strong grasp of the overall marketing ecosystem and specifically the role that digital media and paid social plays within it.

**IT Skills**:MS Office ( Excel and Powerpoint are a must)

**Language Skills**:Fluent in English (2nd language is a plus). written and verbal

**Competencies**:
- Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders.
Highly detailed oriented with an ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast pace environment.
Independent, energetic and willing to thrive in a constantly evolving environment and also ability to achieve success through collaboration.
