Sea Forrest is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. You'll work across Sea Forrest Engineering (SFE) and Sea Forrest Power Solutions (SFP) to drive branding, communications, and business development, promoting Electric/Hybrid Propulsion, Marine Charging, Energy Storage, and AI-Assist Energy Management Systems across Southeast Asia and beyond.
Responsibilities
Marketing & Branding:
Build and execute strategic marketing and branding campaigns across the marine and offshore sectors. Create impactful content (videos, brochures, social media assets) to highlight Sea Forrest's innovative solutions. Strengthen Sea Forrest's market presence across Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Thailand, and beyond.
Digital & Media Campaigns:
Manage and optimize digital marketing (LinkedIn, SEO/SEM, social platforms). Analyse campaign metrics to drive lead generation and conversion.
Public Relations & Corporate Communications:
Manage public relations initiatives including press releases, technical articles, and event participation (exhibitions, vessel launches, industry forums). Support the development of corporate communications materials aligned with Sea Forrest's brand and sustainability mission. Assist with crisis communication efforts in collaboration with the management and legal team. Conduct market and competitor research to identify business opportunities. Track industry trends in energy transition, vessel electrification, and hybrid technologies. Assist the sales team with lead generation, proposals, and client presentations. Participate in tenders, demos, and engagement with shipyards and prospective clients.
Internal Communications:
Work with HR and leadership to strengthen internal engagement and company culture.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2–4 years of B2B sales or marketing experience (fresh grads with strong project/internship experience are welcome).
Strong interest or experience in the marine, offshore, energy, or sustainability sectors.
Skilled in branding, PR, marcomms, and social media content development.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital tools (Mailchimp, Google Ads, etc.).
Creative, collaborative, and a clear communicator—especially when simplifying technical ideas.
