Ai Technical Program Manager

The AI Technical program Manager is responsible for driving the AI/GPU site feasibility due diligence assessment and high-density rack deployments at the lease sites. This role will partner closely with the Data Center Engineering (DCE) to assess design and engineering feasibility, bring clarity to AI deployment statement of qualification (SOQ) requirements and drive standardization. This role will partner with stakeholders to assess technical risks and resolve issues in a timely manner to minimize the business impact. This role is responsible for establishing a robust technical assessment and deployment process for new leases and as well as retrofits on existing lease sites.

This role will provide program management, technical direction, decision-making and overall leadership of the lease AI program for the region. This role will also be actively involved in high-density rack deployment at the lease sites as well as driving process improvements to impact related Objectives & Key Results (OKRs).

The role of the AI Technical program Manager requires strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, ability to self-direct, strong background in data center design, engineering, controls, and operational requirements and an emphasis on project management, and datacenter lease market experience.

**Responsibilities**:
Business Processes:

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AI/GPU site due diligence requirements and High-Performance Computing deployment at the lease sites.
- Own the successful delivery of your organization’s OKRs (Objective and Key Results) related to AI/GPU technical compliance and deployment.
- Define and launch the rack deployment process for new leases and as well as retrofits on existing lease sites.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for SOQ and project delivery delays due to technical scope gaps and drive deployment of solutions that can be socialized globally across lease projects.

Communication:

- Bridge the gap between Data Center Engineering (DCE), and Lessor. Act as a single point of contact representing the lease team for AI/GPU technical compliance.
- Report project progress, risk matrix, delays, root causes and mitigations as required.

Accountability:

- Own the lease AI/GPU technical due diligence compliance and deployment for the region.
- Assess technical risks and identify solutions and drive standardization.

**Qualifications**:
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, or related field AND 4+ years’ experience in engineering, and product/technical program management
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years’ experience managing cross functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 3+ years working in the Data Center industry.

Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in engineering and technical program management.
- 6+ years’ experience managing cross functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Experience in High Performance Computing deployment in datacenters.
- Experience leading complex negotiations/initiatives to successful completion.
- Excellent analytical, creative thinking, written, and verbal corporate communications skills especially in complex situations.
