AI Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our organization. As an AI Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of AI Engineers and managing projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with experience managing teams and overseeing projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.

You will also be required to manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of AI Engineers
  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms
  • Manage projects from start to end
  • Maintain AI systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability
  • Analyze large datasets to train and validate AI models
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems

Requirements:

  • Education qualification in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning or relevant field
  • At least 4 - 5 years' work experience with AI/ML projects
  • Experience leading a team of at least 2 - 3 AI Engineers
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, techniques, and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
