**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and review external communications materials for stakeholders
- Provide editorial support for publicity collaterals, corporate materials and advertisements
- Revise and propose content for the corporate website where required
- Draft corporate letters or replies to customers’ feedback
- Manage walk-in customer (when required)
- Manage media events
- Daily media monitoring and analysis
- Media relations including media pitching, forum replies, media queries
- Crisis communications
- Support marketing campaigns / events and measure campaign performance
- Support the consolidation of monthly returns of the department for reporting purposes

**Requirements**:
- Possess a Degree in Mass Communications / Marketing or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations and related functions
- Strong writing skills in creating content for multiple uses
- Prior experience from government or government linked organization is advantageous
- Established relations with journalists will be advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Resourceful, meticulous and able to multitask well
- Strong analytical skills and a good problem solver
- Service-oriented and able to manage difficult customers
- Knowledge of performance marketing and software eg Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc is advantageous
