We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **VP, Product Control.**

**Principal Responsibilities**

As VP in Product Control team you will supervise, lead and guide the team in Philippines and India in the following area:

- Have end to end ownership of team producing daily P&L packs, Balance sheet exception controls reports and tax selling credit claims. This cover supervisory review of P&L production processes, P&L analysis and commentaries as well the packs are timely delivered and in excellence quality
- Drive resolution of issues that arise from day to day and monthly processes with a view to resolving these in an efficient and timely manner
- Analytically evaluate the performance of the desk performances to help prepare commercial and business focused commentaries for senior management
- Develop and drive a change agenda with a focus on not only driving efficiencies’ but also to meet market evolving environment
- Maintaining relationship and representing the PC agenda in various change initiative and collaborative meeting with various functions such as front office, Finance, IT and etc.
- Ensuring the PC deliverable are performing satisfactory in meeting PC key performance indicators

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Accounting or Finance. Master degree in Finance or CFA holder is a plus
- Knowledge of Excel VBA and Access, with experience using SQL or Oracle is a plus
- Sound knowledge of GM business, major products, accounting treatment and valuation techniques
- Familiar with GM systems is preferable
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product control or related area.
- Excellence communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage change and complexity with confidence
- Ability to drive multiple agenda and priorities
