**Position Title**: Customer Support Agent (Accounts Receivable Agent)

**Hours**: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US CST Monday to Friday ( from 16:00 to 00:50 Romanian time zone)

**Reports to**: Supervisor/Manager

Review delinquent receivables for assigned accounts, as well as maintain a positive customer relationship.

Reconcile debts through various methods of payment, negotiated and/or compromised settlements.

Acknowledge customer issues/situations, and notify appropriate parties involved, following disputes to a satisfactory resolution.

Establish and maintain credit files based on credit history gathered to support payment decisions.

Verify payment terms, funding sources, and maintain proper documentation on all accounts placed.

Respond to customer's calls relevant to billing disputes, requests for refunds, and tax exemptions, while continuing to resolve the account.

Demonstrate behaviors reflecting our policies and ethics in a professional and courteous manner at all times.

Agents will be assigned 8 hours shifts and 40-hour-a-week schedules with overtime potential.

**Salary**
- Attractive salary
- Evening bonus for the shift (16:00-00:50)
- Production and Quality - project bonus

**Experience**:
Customer Support experience: 1 year (preferred)

Microsoft Excel Skills: Above average

English - advanced level

Working in 5 systems (Get paid, 5/9, NetSuite)

Must be detail oriented, with the ability to work independently.

**Benefits**:
Meal tickets 20 lei per working day

Schedule:
8 hour shift

Monday to Friday, with overtime potential, paid according the law.
