**A POSITION THAT WILL PUSH YOUR DEVELOPMENT FURTHER**

In this role, you will support the Office Manager in HR & Administration function. Your primary task is to perform the full spectrum of HR and admin functions, handling the recruitment process including recruitment, staff orientations & administration of employee benefits, and supporting talent acquisition through job postings via the company portal, various recruitment channels, and coordinating interviews.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

- coordinate onboarding process, desk allocation, issue door access card, orientation for new employees and

manage exit clearance
- manage employee personnel records management - update & maintain internal databases of all hires. You will

handle employee records and, will also be responsible to update the staff handbook quarterly with HR policies,

processes, and practices.
- be responsible for assisting employees' questions about benefits
- file claims for annual childcare leave, national services, and other expense claims via the company system

arrange accommodation for guests & staff from overseas
- manage staff medical insurance benefits, policy renewal, and claims. You will be responsible for IT, notebook (PC)

requisition for staff and office, manage training & development, course registration
- be responsible for procurement duties and responsibilities. Source for vendors, negotiate contracts and

determine the lowest cost, purchase a product, receive orders, track and record orders
- assist with vendor management, transaction coordination, payments/billing administration, office facilities

management, and documentation support. You will assist in finance, bank cheques, and submit invoices via the

and renewals
- responsible for the maintenance of office - fixtures, furniture, office cleanliness, and order and replenishment of

pantry & stationery supplies.
- handle document control - keep records and reports up to date for projects and office administration.
- assist to create a safe work environment by closely monitoring and keeping track of COVID Safe Management

Measures (SMM) guidelines to implement and update the office
- organize and schedule company events - responsible for employee engagement activities such as planning,

executing, and making a reservation to all recreation event, company events, meetings, town halls, and

conferences
- be responsible for any other HR & Admin related duties as per assigned by reporting manager

- You should have an "O" level / relevant certification in Human Resources with 3 - 5 years of working experience

in a related field (experience within a civil or structural engineering firm /consultancy will be preferred)
- strong knowledge of local Employment Act and Regulations and proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.

- you thrive in challenging and versatile and can work towards tight deadlines
- proficient in written and spoken English and the Chinese language
- you work independently and have the overview to plan, manage and complete your task.
