**GLOBAL ACCOUNT MANAGER**

As part of our ambitious expansion strategy across Asia, we are currently seeking talented and motivated sales people to manage our premier accounts, this role will be pivotal in strengthening Rebound Group’s strategic relationships with key corporate clients. This role involves implementing the Premier Account concept, driving streamlined business processes, and achieving revenue targets through regular engagement and collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Corporate Relationship Management**:
- Act as the principal representative of Rebound Group at the corporate level, fostering strong relationships with top-tier clients through a strategic, top-down approach.
- Ensure alignment of business goals and foster long-term partnerships.
- Map customers globally and build sales opportunities across the clients global buying network
- Maintain and develop a profitable customer portfolio
- Gain a clear understanding of customer’s business requirements.
- Generate, respond to and follow-up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
- Liaise internally in order to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Liaise internally in order to resolve issues with both customers and suppliers including, when required, any financial issues.
- Attend and present at customer meetings, representing the company in a professional manner at all times.
- Identify and report market and customer trends.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Observe competitor activity and gather intelligence.
- Liaise with global business units to maximize overall Company sales opportunities.
- Ensure all sales administration is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
- **Premier Account Implementation**:
- Introduce and formalize the Premier Account concept with customers, encompassing negotiated terms such as rebates, reciprocal trade, reverse logistics, inventory management, and Nuvonix integration.
- Secure formal agreements and oversee the successful rollout of these initiatives.
- **Streamlined Account Management**:
- Review and recommend optimized processes for managing each account internally.
- Provide guidance and support to business unit directors and local sales teams to ensure consistent and efficient operations across all levels of account management.
- **Performance Monitoring & Reporting**:
- Utilize the Sales Dashboard and other internal reporting tools to conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with customers.
- Drive business performance to meet or exceed revenue targets through strategic engagement and data-driven insights.
- **Executive Board Reporting**:
- Prepare and deliver quarterly presentations to the Executive Board, detailing the latest revenue figures, key performance indicators (KPIs), and forecasts for the upcoming quarter for designated accounts.
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to support business growth and performance goals.
- **Issue Resolution**:
- Serve as a key point of escalation to address and resolve any customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong, ongoing relationships through proactive problem-solving and communication.
**Desired Skills and Experience**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certification is advantageous.
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience in corporate account management, strategic sales, or a similar role, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex accounts and achieve significant revenue growth.
- **Skills**:
- Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in using sales dashboards and other CRM/reporting tools.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable business insights.
- **Attributes**:
- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets and delivering value.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain high-level relationships.
- Highly organized with strong project management capabilities.
