
Sales Manager

Develop field sales action plans to implement national sales programs.
- Development and oversight of marketing strategies to maintain the brand's image and standards.
- Develop business opportunities by tracking industry trends and identifying gaps in the marketplace.
- Explore new markets and visit existing ones at least 50% of the time.
- Conduct a Sweet Spot Analysis (attractiveness vs. competitiveness) and translate the analysis into Market Segmentation, Selection and Strategy.
- Maintain strong relationships with principals and in-house staff to meet operational requirements.
- Monitoring of subsidiary performance, including sales, marketing spends, product offtake, marketing effectiveness, and promotion execution.
- Monitoring seeding initiatives in the markets concerned on a frequent basis.
- Regular visits to principals and suppliers to discuss project progress and to introduce the latest products.
- Provide sales support to distribution partners to facilitate and add value to the selling process as well as selling to existing and potential direct accounts.
- Sales pitches and convincing sales processes should be used to persuade prospects to purchase the service.
Review and plan the business with key customers and principals monthly
