**The Head, Global Service Quality will ensure**
- NCS delivers to the satisfaction of our clients in all that we choose to undertake
- NCS designs and deliver our solutions in a repeatable, professional and fit-for-purpose manner
- NCS prices and delivers our projects in a consistent and confident way
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Work closely with all Client Service leaders to implement a set of client satisfaction and intervention process
- Direct and orchestrate Delivery leaders on matters pertaining to quality through designing and implementing a set of Quality Governance processes that allow teams to collaborate and work together
- Assist the Head of Operations to manage and run a “Watchlist” forum, and work closely with the LOB sector leads to manage and deal with issues pertaining to these watchlist projects.
- Build up a learning culture within NCS with regards to Delivery and Quality.
- Appoint a client Quality Lead for each of the key accounts
