Identifying a significant gap in the crypto trading ecosystem, our platform empowers traders to engage with digital assets in a secure, seamless, and efficient way. As a rapidly growing organization, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Growth team to assist with positioning Collybus as the number one trading platform globally.

**Role Overview**:
As an Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of digital assets and FinTech. You will support the team in a variety of tasks aimed at formalising the total addressable market, generating leads, and enhancing brand visibility in the market. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn about digital asset markets, financial technologies, and the strategies used to drive customer acquisition and engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research & Lead Generation**:Conduct research on the Total Addressable Market (TAM) identifying prospective client leads that will be targeted through direct and indirect sales channels. Identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes in the digital asset and FinTech sectors.
- **Social Media Management**:Help manage and grow the company’s social media presence by creating engaging posts, monitoring interactions, and analyzing engagement metrics.
- **CRM and Data Management**:Assist in maintaining and updating CRM databases, track sales activity, and ensure all data is accurately entered and organized.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:Support the team in analyzing sales and marketing data, identifying trends, and creating reports to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.
- **Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- **Interest in Digital Assets/FinTech**:Strong interest in digital currencies, blockchain, and the broader FinTech ecosystem.
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to craft compelling content for various audiences.
- **Tech-Savvy**:Comfortable using common digital tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM tools, social media platforms).
- **Analytical Mindset**:Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights.
- **Attention to Detail**:Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of quality.
- **Team Player**:Willingness to collaborate, learn from others, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- **Self-Starter**:Ability to take initiative and work independently with a proactive attitude.
