**Purpose of the role**: Set the strategic research priorities and vision for marketing, provide market insight that contributes to brand strategy development

**What's must to have**: Understand product, crypto, and platform; ability to design and execute both Quantitative and and Qualitative market research studies, and desk research. Google trend.

**What's good to have**: strategy thinking, storytelling

**Accountabilities**
- Develop and deploy global market research studies to produce highly effective reports and presentations to influence product planning and executive decision-making.
- Lead insights work to fully understand product trends, consumer attitudes and behaviours, trading preference, key functional and emotional requirements, trader needs, and translate those learnings into insights to be used as foundations for product strategic action.
- Lead insights in work related to understanding competitors that play in this space
- Segment users and prospects into categories that facilitate better targeted messaging and strategy
- Identify opportunities to drive OKX growth, disseminate learnings internally across teams to ensure internal alignment and understanding of consumer and market needs
- Create profiles of users and prospects and identify barriers to entry and important value propositions.

**Requirements**:

- Hands-on experience in designing and executing quantitative and qualitative market research studies.
- Experience in trading cryptocurrency.
- Have great understanding and insights of crypto trading platforms, products, and features.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Excellent cross-functional relationship management
- Excellent English communications (written & oral).
