Purpose- Zurich is a leading global insurer in Singapore with a distinguished, multi-line proposition for corporate and commercial clients. As the Marketing and Insights Manager, you will be an integral part of our Client, Distribution and Market Management (CDM) team supporting the development and delivery of Zurich Singapore’ growth strategy and proposition in the market.- Job Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in insurance industry
- _Preferred_: Previous experience in marketing and customer analytics roles

- Key Accountabilities- Delivering customer and marketing strategy _
- Support the development and delivery of Zurich’s overarching marketing and brand strategy in Singapore in close alignment with relevant key stakeholders in Group Marketing and Customer teams
- Reinforce and promote Zurich’s customer and brand proposition to key market stakeholders including brokers, cedants and customers via key events, sponsorships, and market engagement activities
- Facilitate the delivery and management of Zurich customer scorecard across the various metrics including TNPS, brand consideration, net new customer growth and relationship surveys. Work closely with Regional and Group colleagues to periodically review and develop the relevant customer metrics for ZSG
- Lead and support the development of any critical business propositions and pitches in response to broker facility tenders, potential affinity partnership deals and any other competitive business opportunities etc.
- Strategic projects and business analysis_
- Provide analytical and market research support to key strategy projects and growth initiatives being delivered during the business cycle
- Support the delivery of regular internal business performance reports to senior leadership, including Business Unit Reviews, broker performance dashboards, pipeline analysis and any other relevant data analysis for internal and external purposes
- Oversee the performance and delivery of the Z-Horizon data platform, including addressing any internal queries and liaising regularly with relevant Group stakeholders to incorporate any updates
