**Responsibilities**:
**Working hours: Mondays to Fridays 8.30am to 6pm (Singapore Time)**

**Work Type: Hybrid or Remote working**
- Manage partnership with online learning platforms.
- Organize and attend meetings on course matters related but not limited to course delivery, structure and operations
- Course administration which includes student enrolment, class scheduling, attendance tracking, fee collections.
- Oversee the effectiveness of online programmes with regards to course delivery and customer service.
- Manage and update courses registered in online platform
- Liaise closely with other internal departments and external parties (such as recruitment partners) on matters such as marketing and promotion, fee collection, enrolment, scheduling and course delivery, attendance tracking, filing for funding support, assessment release of results as well as statutory reporting.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders and be accountable on all matters related to e-learning programmes.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least a Degree holder
- Must be fluent English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
- At least 2 years academic support experience in any education or training academy
- Highly IT savvy and adaptable to change
- Ability to manage priorities and get thing done in a timely manner
- Friendly and enjoy working with people
- Good attitude towards service quality
