Initiate new projects in the adoption and deployment of digital technology (tools, systems, devices and resources) to construction site.
- Collaborate and work with project teams to rethink and rewire construction processes from the perspective of digital mindset that is sustainable and achieving lean outcome.
- Leverage on data to give insight into the performance of site teams, so that site personnel are empowered to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Corporate level reporting of performance and efficiency of our project sites in terms of workforce and operational parameters through the use of digital dashboards.
- Develop and share best practices for work processes and collaboration.
- Periodically review the needs of Project Teams and the suitability of digital technology available in the market; Develop proposals to integrate digital solutions with day-to-day site operation to create business value.

**Requirements**:

- Recognized degree in Civil Engineering or Computer Engineering or equivalent Engineering field or any other specialization relating to Construction or Production Management.
- 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably from Construction industry.
- Rigorous, innovative and adaptable to changes; Energetic, with keen interest to learn about and improve construction processes through digitalization.
- Up to date with today’s computer technology and software. Working knowledge of SQL, Java, Business Intelligence (BI) software, Building Information Modelling (BIM) and computer coding capability will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders’ relationship and understanding their needs.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment, meticulous, good organizational and analytical skills.

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
