We are a leading consultancy and have an opportunity for an electrical building services **Technical Director in Aviation**. You’ll be part of a dynamic and growing team who is looking to continue to work on some of the most iconic, interesting, and innovative projects ensuring they have a long lasting positive social impact. As Technical Director you will have the following responsibilities:

- Accountable for the successful technical delivery of projects
- Strong commercial acumen for consultancy services
- Relationship management and trusted advisor for our key clients
- Staff development, training, and wellbeing.

With a solid background in building services engineering design in aviation, you will be commercially astute, technically strong and bring an entrepreneurial approach to your work. This role will lead, supervise, and mentor a team of engineers, along with:

- Lead, contribute and oversee detailed design and construction supervision of building mechanical services for commercial, industrial, infrastructure and institutional building projects.
- Lead the team to deliver, project management, relationship management and technical design responsibilities.
- Work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders on projects starting from concept stage, design, contract documentation, authority submissions, site administration to project completion.
- Help support the seamless integration of all other building disciplines and sectors at project level across the organisation.

**About You**
- Professional Engineer (P.E) licensed by the Professional Engineers Board (Singapore) or Chartered/registered engineer of a recognised engineering international institution.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in building electrical services design and execution for major development with a consultancy background.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the design and construction of international airport terminal projects.
- A collaborative, open and constructive approach with highly developed relationship management, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- A digital and sustainability advocate.
