**ABOUT US**:
Our client is a leading provider of innovative data centre solutions, committed to delivering high-performance, scalable, and secure infrastructure to meet the growing demands of the digital age. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join their team and drive their growth in the data centre market.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- **Market Analysis**:Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the data centre industry.
- **Strategic Planning**:Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- **Client Acquisition**:Identify and engage with potential clients, building strong relationships and understanding their data centre needs.
- **Partnership Development**:Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including technology providers, real estate developers, and industry associations
- **Proposal Management**:Lead the preparation and presentation of proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.
- **Sales Management**:Oversee the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- **Team Leadership**:Mentor and guide junior business development team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- **Reporting**:Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities, pipeline status, and market insights.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the data centre or technology sector.
- **Skills**:
- Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
