**The Director, Asia Pacific (AP) Learning & Development** is a critical role that will shape the learning strategy and delivery across our AP commercial organization. Based in our AP regional headquarters in Singapore, you will work closely with market-based teams to enhance our commercial and leadership capabilities through effective learning interventions.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and stakeholders in the region, driving learning & development outcomes for our commercial organization. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including regional and market commercial and HR leaders, will be essential to execute strategies based on data-driven recommendations and insights.
We are seeking a strategic individual with a strong background in **Sales and Marketing** learning strategies, who has experience working in a market as well as a global or regional setting. Your expertise will be instrumental in advancing our learning initiatives and driving growth in the AP region.
**This role is based in Singapore**
**What will you do**:
- Collaborate closely with senior-level business leaders and stakeholders to accelerate the development of critical capabilities needed to drive business success in the AP region.
- Partner with AP HR team to provide expertise in learning and development in support of the development and implementation of HR plans, programs, and tools intended to build and enhance organizational capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Influence and guide business leaders in prioritizing learning investments, resource allocation, and anticipated business impact, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and driving measurable results.
- Champion the unique needs and priorities of the AP region, influencing global learning and development priorities, solutions, and ways of working to create a tailored and impactful learning experiences.
- Lead the implementation and sustainment of cutting-edge learning solutions, leveraging technology and interactive approaches to create engaging and transformative learning experiences.
- Monitor performance results, analyze data-driven insights, and recommend continuous improvement opportunities to enhance the effectiveness and impact of learning and development initiatives.
- Ensure learning program content and designs adhere to company policies and standards while pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
- Cultivate a strong and effective regional network among market learning and development colleagues, serving as a visionary leader and mentor to a team of passionate professionals, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline with 12+ years of leadership and business experience, with a focus on commercial learning and development.
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales & marketing experience preferred.
- Fluency in English required; working knowledge of Asian language(s) beyond English preferred.
