**Job Summary**

The Security Site Lead is responsible for overseeing security operations at a designated site, ensuring compliance with corporate security policies, risk management protocols, and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Security Operations Management: Oversee daily security operations, ensuring adherence to corporate security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Incident Response & Crisis Management: Lead security incident investigations, coordinate emergency response protocols, and liaise with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Team Leadership & Training: Supervise security personnel, provide training on security protocols, and ensure high-performance standards.
- Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Ensure compliance with local security regulations, corporate policies, and banking sector security standards (if applicable).
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with corporate security teams, facility management, and external security vendors to optimize security operations.
- Operational Efficiency: Implement security technology solutions, optimize resource allocation, and enhance security infrastructure to improve overall efficiency.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate security operations.
- Proven leadership experience in managing security teams.
- Strong understanding of security risk management and compliance frameworks.
- Preferably experience in the banking sector with knowledge of financial institution security protocols.
- Prior experience as an Operations Manager, overseeing security logistics and strategic planning.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make critical security decisions.
