**Job Summary
We're seeking an Operations and Maintenance Specialist to join our team.

Your expertise will span Resource Management, Building Management, and Carbon Management.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing top-notch support and ensuring seamless issue resolution.
- Develop and implement comprehensive operations and maintenance strategies to optimize system performance, capacity, and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and R&D, to identify and address customer concerns, and drive process improvements.
- Conduct regular system audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to ITIL regulations and ITSM best practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing changes to enhance customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 5 years' experience in IT operations, technical support, or technical account management.
- Proven track record in managing high-profile customers and delivering exceptional service in a client-facing environment.
- Expertise in managing cloud services, Kubernetes, serverless environments, Docker, and Ubuntu operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with database management systems, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis, and Kafka.
- Understanding of streaming technology, including Kafka, and ITIL regulations.
- Azure or AWS professional certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
