3. Customer Experience

**Skills for Success**
- Diploma in any field with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Telesales or telemarketing, OR
- GCE ‘A’ Level with at least 6 months’ sales experience.
- Basic understanding of internet and telecommunications services.
- Customer-focused, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong ability to engage, connect, and build rapport with customers.
- Effective team player with sound interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Able to commit to a rotating shift: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM, 5 days per week (Sunday fixed off).
