Live Streaming Infrastructure is a world-leading live streaming platform that provides end to end solutions for TikTok and also our external partners. We are building the next generation live streaming platform including live streaming ingestion, processing and delivery, to provide the best live streaming experience for our billions of users around the world. As a content infrastructure engineer in this team, you will have the opportunity to tackle challenges of building & operating the multi CDN live streaming systems to support the low latency and high quality end to end live streaming experience on a global scale.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with software engineers to scale our global content delivery systems to serve billions of users all over the world.
- Collaborate closely with different CDN providers to integrate and continuously optimize our multi CDN systems.
- Lead the CDN capacity planning to meet the needs of our fast growing live streaming business.
- Build tools, automation, visualizations and monitors to facilitate the operation and optimization of the multi CDN systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical background involving software/system engineering, or equivalent working experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in related field
- Good programming experience with at least one of the following languages: C, C++, Java, Python, or Go.
- Familiar with Unix/Linux operating systems.
- Experience with SQL, NoSQL databases, Memcache/Redis.
- Experience with container technology, cloud-native infrastructure, and video processing technology will be considered as a bonus.
- Expertise in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
