**Role Overview**:The **Client Relations Representative**will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. This role focuses on building strong relationships, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Automotive Support & Operations**
- Coordinate car pack creation and delivery to automotive outlets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
**Client Relations & Engagement**
- Respond to customer inquiries across online platforms (Google Reviews, Facebook, Instagram) and offline channels (roadshows, showroom visits).
- Address F&B-related queries (e.g., outlet bookings, lifestyle privileges) for existing car customers.
- Proactively follow up with clients to nurture satisfaction and loyalty.
**Event Coordination**
- Attend automotive launches, roadshows, and events as part of the Events Team.
- Staff the reception desk to engage walk-in customers, providing:
- Vehicle information (pricelists, promotions).
- Lifestyle/F&B privilege highlights.
- Support event logistics and post-event follow-ups.
**Documentation & Administrative Support**
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, orders, and deliveries in the CRM system.
- Update databases and files for compliance and reporting.
**Issue Resolution & Feedback**
- Resolve client complaints related to automotive services or lifestyle perks, escalating when needed.
- Collect and report customer feedback to improve services.
**Ad-Hoc Tasks**
- Assist with cross-departmental projects (e.g., Sales, Marketing, F&B partnerships).
- Flexibility to take on additional duties as assigned by management.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles and familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
