**About the role**

The incumbent will be part of a larger team within the Sales department in providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.

**What you will be doing**
- Lead the General Sales team (including Inside Sales and Field Sales) in Sales Department
- Maintain and develop existing accounts (for both Freight Forwarding and Logistics)
- Target new customer/new business opportunity
- Focusing on medium-size / Tier 2-3 companies and start-ups / scale-ups
- Infuse Sustainability and Innovative solutions for our clients.
- Follow-up new customer development with the team through CRM tool, meetings and reports
- Monitor team's performance and motivate them to reach targets, according to company procedures
- Ensure and monitor team compliance to the Bollore’s Code of Conduct and Company’s regulations
- Ensure team understanding and implementation on Bollore’s Value in daily work behaviors
- Plan and monitor team performance including give coaching and counselling needed to deliver expected outcomes
- Plan and monitor team development together with HR Division
- Ensure updated Job Description availability for the team by coordinating with HR Division
- Ensure all changes in Department / Section communicated properly to the team
- To access and evaluate / appraise subordinates’ performance

**Team Management**
- Ensure and monitor team compliance to the Bollore’s Code of Conduct and Company’s regulations
- Ensure team understanding and implementation on Bollore’s Value in daily work behaviors

- Plan and monitor team development together with HR Division

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- At least 5-7 years of experience in Logistics & Freight Forwarding industry with exposure to Sales and business development
- Good in communication and negotiation
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Strategic thinking and statistical analysis skills
- Proactive, resourceful with ability to work well independently or in groups
