Singapore Changi Airport Group Full time

The **Airside Development team** oversees the development and operationalisation of new airside infrastructure projects particularly for T5 (apron, baggage, taxiways), and plan for future concept of operations by working closely with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure a safe and efficient airside and baggage operations in Changi Airport. To do so, building strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders across various levels of seniority is necessary. Most importantly, you will need to combine big picture thinking with detail orientation in the course of work:

- You will formulate and articulate airside operations requirements for the design and development of T5’s apron and aircraft movement areas, airside facilities and infrastructure
- You will develop future apron concepts for T5, conduct proof of concept trials and recommend projects for implementation in current terminals (i.e. Auto-Passenger Loading Bridge)
- You will ensure the smooth and timely operationalisation of new airfield infrastructure through the conduct of tabletop exercises and ground trials to deliver additional airside capacity in an efficient and safe manner

- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse group of both senior management and operations staff
- Good design thinking, project management and stakeholder management skills
- Highly driven, independent, resourceful, and adaptable team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Enjoys problem-solving and challenging status quo
- Strong proficiency in paper-writing/presentation tools and spreadsheet/data analytics tools (e.g. Microsoft suite of tools and any other digital tools to aid in work)
- Possess strong interest and passion in the aviation industry
