**Sales Support Coordinator/Executive**
Company Transport provided at Sembawang MRT.
**Position**
We are looking for a proactive Sales Support Coordinator/Executive to join our expanding business unit in the Bus & Truck.
**The Responsibilities**
- Handle all sales support operation, including but not limited to
- Handle customer enquiry, prepare quotations, contracts, invoices etc
- Responsible for sales order processing using Enterprise Resource Planning software, submission of LTA inspection doc & registration of vehicles, up to delivery.
- Handle motor insurance & hire purchase loan query, processing & documentation.
- Communicate with insurance company & customers for the insurance coverage
- Update and maintain customer database including document management
- Consolidate and generate weekly and monthly reports
- Communicate & engagement with customers
- Assist in Marketing activities & events such as road shows, product launch,etc
**About the Person**
- Can-do attitude
- Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint) and ERP system
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment, with sales related activities
- Responsible, organized, have initiative, able to multi-task with good interpersonal communication skills
- Enjoy communicating with customers and various function team members
- Prior customer service/sales coordinator experiences is a plus
**Added advantage**
- Experience in automotive industry or motor insurance or hire purchase financing will be preferred
- Familiar with LTA registration & processes
5 days work week, Monday
- Friday 8.30am-6pm.
