**Key Role and Responsibilities**

You will be deployed to a specific department to focus on Transfer Hiring, Philippines Hiring, Abroad Hiring or Home Leave. Under the responsibility of the managing director and the team's coordinator, and as part of the Customer Care team, your role will consist of:

- Keeping in regular contact with the team to ensure a smooth process, liaising with the Ministry of Manpower and other third-party organisations
- Keeping the team informed by updating our coordination tools (CRM, project management...)
- Supporting families throughout the period of employment to ensure the well-being of all parties in a professional manner
- Being a point of contact between the client, the helper, and the company to ensure a professional service

**Pre-requisites**:

- Diploma / Degree in Business or Social Science related studies
- Preferably at least 1 - 2 years in the relevant field but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Required language(s): English, and a second language (to liaise with our clients)
- Service-oriented and friendly disposition
- Good interpersonal skills, independent & positive working attitude
- Possess initiative and proactiveness
- CEI holders would be advantageous
- Singaporeans preferred

**Job Type: Full-Time**

**Salary**: From $3,000.00 - $3,500 per month depending on experience + bonus
**Days and Hours**:5 days per week from 9am to 6pm
