Responsible and accountable for the commercial management of a **Mini Mart **mainly selling Indian and titbit items.
- To lead, develop ,improve and attain a high level of customer service satisfaction.
- Ensure store operation standards are adhered to by all norms.
- Ensure daily housekeeping and stock management.
- Manage complaints cases whenever necessary.
- Responsibly review daily transactions and prevent any irregularity
- Monitor and maintain compliance of all company policies and procedures to make sound business decisions.
- Develops plans to meet sales targets, sku management
- Manage e-commerce platforms.
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
- Working experience in sales in a retail environment, preferably in Grocery/Trading stores.
- Results-orientated with strong understanding of day to day in store operations.
- Good knowledge in POS,e-commerce platforms, MS-office
- Energetic and self-motivated individuals highly preferred.
- Good English knowledge

6 days a week.
