**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional content for the Tertiary Wellbeing Office’s wellbeing’s programmes, events, and initiatives.
- Assist to analyse impact of programmes and trends.
- Provide recommendations for marketing strategies and content to improve and to increase reach and impact of programmes.
- Ensure a customer-centric operations/processes with the end users’ satisfaction in mind.
- Develop and facilitate the production and distribution of wellbeing resources for the tertiary community.
- Broaden the use of and improve content/resources on existing digital platforms (e.g., Telegram, revamp of webpages) for publicity to the tertiary community.
- Provide logístical and administrative support in the planning and execution of the Tertiary Wellbeing Office’s wellbeing events and campaigns.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders during events and campaigns.

**WORKING HOURS**
- Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 5.45pm
- Fridays: 8.30am to 5.15pm (with 45 mins - 1 hour lunch breaks)
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays. However, may be required to work if needed.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimally a bachelor's degree in any related field from a recognised University. Specialisation in marketing, communications, event management, etc. preferred.
- Knowledge of the motivations, behaviours and preferences in the tertiary education demographics (i.e., students and employees)
- Knowledge in developing and implementing effective marketing/social media strategies and campaigns to large audiences with diverse needs.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and promotion.
- At least 4 to 6 years of experience preferably in the tertiary education sector. Proven track record in marketing/outreach and/or social media management will be an advantage.
- Successful experience in planning and organising events, campaigns and talks on mental health and wellbeing.
- Excellent track record in developing/growing community and support will be advantageous.

- Content management and creation for marketing (website, social media)
- Excellent team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 and technological tools and information systems relevant in a university setting.
- Fluent with data collection and management. Knowledge of analytic methods, approaches, tools, and implementation will be advantageous.
- A strong commitment and passion towards wellbeing and support.
