The Digital Marketing Manager, Asia & LATAM (ALA) will be responsible for setting the overall strategy for our digital marketing efforts across ALA, in partnership with regional colleagues and Country Market Group (CMG) marketing teams.

This is a newly established role and a first for the ALA region, with digital roles previously having been located primarily within CMG teams. The role has a heavy focus on transforming our digital approach across ALA and taking the lead on key properties (including the ResMed website) while driving consistency, efficiency and best practice in our digital marketing efforts across the region.

Success in this role will require a confident self-starter with solid relationship building skills. An experienced leader who is comfortable driving change and managing themselves and colleagues through ambiguity and uncertainty.

The role will initially manage two direct reports and will be skilled at mentoring and leading this team to perform at their best.

A key success criteria will be excellent collaboration skills with broad and varied stakeholders at local, regional and global levels.

Let's talk about the role- In partnership with ALA Head of Marketing and regional marketing leadership team, take the lead on the ALA digital marketing strategy and structure, from articulation to project management and execution- Form strong collaborative working relationships with all members of the ALA marketing team and contribute to a high performing team mentality across the group- Collaborate closely with local country/CMG marketing and legal teams to build an in-depth understanding of their business models, maturity and key objectives - and design digital strategies to deliver on targets and strategic imperatives- Own the website strategy for all ALA markets, partnering to implement consistency, best-practice UX and experimentation roadmap- Identify commonalities across markets with a view to setting a meaningful, high-impact digital marketing strategy that solves for collective needs and challenges across markets, driving business growth and accelerating the success of our digital initiatives- Own the digital marketing roadmap and project plan, capturing all initiatives across the marketing mix in the ALA region, including budgets, agencies and key programs and campaigns- Enable and facilitate best practice sharing of digital marketing initiatives across the region, fostering an experimental learning environment where results are tracked, captured and improved upon iteratively- Support incubation initiatives with strategic digital marketing guidance, advice and support as needed- Understanding of digital asset optimization and health score reporting. Provide recommendation and support changes for the optimization and improvement of asset performance.- Maintain best practices for digital assets for performance and analytics.- Co-create, monitor, and analyse experiments and compliment eye to details refinements for branding and customer experience.

Let's talk about you- Degree qualification in Marketing, Communications, Technology or Business discipline with extensive experience in digital marketing preferably at regional leadership level.- Strong commercial acumen and a solid understanding of the potential of digital transformation as a growth driver.- Change management experience- Ability to implement web and mobile analytics best practices.- Ability to identify opportunities and implement solutions to turbocharge our digital initiatives effectively and efficiently- Ability to work with a large number of stakeholders whilst maintaining commercial agility and responsiveness to the organisation’s need to drive revenue- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
