**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We’re looking for a Digital Business Director who:

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

The role sits within the central Asia department and will work alongside various sales, marketing, product, and licensing teams based in Asia, Japan, America and Europe. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the sales of our digital products and related content (DLCs) on first-party video game platforms such as PlayStation Store, Steam, Nintendo eShop and MS store or subscription services such as Xbox Game Pass and PlayStation Plus as well as proactively analyzing and identifying digital business opportunities.

Experience in the digital business areas of video games and a strong understanding of the video game industry is required.

**Manage sales performance of our digital portfolio.**
- Develop the digital sales strategy of our extensive lineup of products, including: DLC content plans, DLC roadmap, lifecycle management, pricing, and subscription services.
- Develop sales campaigns (special offers, promotional offers) that drive and boost the business, and are aligned with the group strategy and priorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our first party partners, mainly Sony, and peripherally with Microsoft, Steam/Valve and Nintendo.
- Oversee the global title forecast process for the company digital products portfolio in Asia.
- Optimize product placement and sales / sales promotions within our digital distribution channels, in coordination with marketing teams.
- Coordinates and leads annual budget reviews, monthly and quarterly reviews, and periodic forecast updates with operational and senior management for all locations.
- Coordinate activities with other regions (Japan, Europe and the Americas) to ensure global consistency.
- Work with Publishing Coordinator in ensuring digital submissions are on-track with first parties.

**Provide insight regarding market conditions, competitive environment and effectiveness of the digital sales plan.**
- Establish sales metrics, goals, KPIs, dashboards and performance feedback, and provide regular reports.
- Oversees and report on the status of digital sales within BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment and the industry overall.
- Effectively summarize data analysis and findings in a visual format, and report regularly to management.
- Work with cross-functional teams to track information, timelines and milestones throughout the product lifecycle for relevant game titles.
- Use analytics and statistical methods across digital channels to examine the performance of our digital sales offers.
- Proactively make improvements to the Digital Business and make recommendations to management.

**Drive research and data-driven business intelligence process across cross-functional teams of the company**:

- Conduct market research and data analysis to assist in the development of product pricing, positioning strategies, forecasting submission, and marketing plans for all SKUs.
- Appraise new product ideas based on market trends and consumer data analysis.
- Identify best practices and resources for incorporation of data analytics in business planning.
- Deliver strategic insights to the top management based on the new market trends, technologies, and business model.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Approximately seven to ten years of prior experience in a related field.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Finance, Data science or related field.
