The company focusses on Interior Fitting Out Works and Design and Build Projects. Mainly from Commercial, Healthcare, Industrial and Institultional
- Leading the team to achieve Company’s objectives and targets in terms of sales, profitability and service standards.
- Analyse, interpret and benchmark operation performances, business conditions and market dynamics
- Identifying new business opportunities and implementing business development plan to promote brand awareness and to maximize sales
- Implementing new initiatives such as development to enhance the operations culture/ standard of quality services delivered
- Manage and oversee the daily operations
- Report to management

- Complete Project Scope
- Timely completion within dateline
- Consistent Quality
- Control Cost & within budget

Project Planning & Implementation
- Obtain endorsement for scope of works (from relevant authorities / stakeholders)
- Plan and prepare schedule for project implementation
- Manage all Builders' and M&E works
- Conduct weekly site meetings with client and all sub-contractors
- Obtain quotes and appoint sub-contractors
- To lead project team and oversea daily operations

Experience in Project Management /Engineering /Design /QS
- Relevant experience in similar leadership role preferably in Project Managment and Internal Fitting Out Works
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Resourceful & meticulous
- Positive mindset with "can do attitude"
- Analytical and well organized

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 or more year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Full-Time position(s) available.

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
