**Regional Sales Specialist (Plastics Industry / Plastic Resin and Raw Materials experience highly preferred)
**Job descriptions**:
- This is a middle management role with Job ratio at 50% for making new business development and 50% for account servicing and Team Lead responsibilities
- **This is a regional role with business travel to South Asia when require**:
- Marketing and taking actions aggressive and spontaneously to create new business
- Maintaining current customers to handle daily task efficiently
- To control the trading material stock inventory
- Attend to customer enquiry and provide sales services to customer
- Prepare quotation and liaison with customer on pricing matter
- Follow up with customer on payment issue
- Sourcing for suitable supplier for purchase of trading material
- Evaluation of supplier performance to ensure purchased products met the customer requirement
- Check P/O from customer and to supplier for trade term, payment term, price, and lead time
- Follow up with customer on any arise including customer complaint
- Take proactive actions to ensure customer satisfaction
**Requirements**:
- **Degree holder with min 8 years of Sales and business development experience in both commodity (PP, PS. PE) and engineering plastics (ABS, SAN, ASA, PC, /ABS, POM, PBT, etc.)**:
- Have good knowledge of plastic distribution business model, good technical knowledge, and connection with business partners in plastic industry
- Good and aggressive personality with excellent analytical skills and willingness to learn
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English
- Has expertise in a specific field and is able to independently perform tasks that arise within the team while making own decisions
- Able to grasp complex problems and make mature decisions
- Able to exchange views with other departments
- Able to lead field-level teams and demonstrate expertise in multiple areas
- Possess a willingness to plan and make suggestions to the team
- **This role is required to travel to Batam and JB to support existing customers initially, then travel to developing countries in South Asia due to business expansion in the future**
**Brief Comm & Ben information**:
- Basic salary $5,000 ~ 6,000 with AWS + VB (historical average 3 months)
- Overseas Business trip travel allowance and Company mobile will be provided
- **Own car is not required **(Transportation for work related is claimable based on actual upon receipt submission)
- Company is operating on hybrid mode (40% WFH)
- Immediate or early commencement highly advantageous
